1. Service Provisions

FIRE FLUX™ provides fire safety equipment supply, installation, maintenance (AMC), and consultation services. All services are subject to site assessments and formal agreements. The information provided on this website does not constitute a formal contract or binding quote.

2. Quotations and Pricing

Prices, quotes, and estimates provided via email or through the website are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. FIRE FLUX™ reserves the right to adjust pricing based on site conditions, material cost fluctuations, or regulatory changes prior to final contract signing.

3. Intellectual Property

All content included on this site, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of FIRE FLUX™ or its content suppliers and protected by international copyright laws.

4. Limitation of Liability

While FIRE FLUX™ installs and maintains fire safety equipment to the highest standards (including BIS and NBC guidelines), we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, resulting from fires, natural disasters, or equipment tampering by unauthorized personnel.

5. Equipment Warranties

All supplied equipment carries manufacturer warranties. FIRE FLUX™ will facilitate warranty claims for equipment under a valid Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC). Consumable items and damage resulting from misuse, vandalism, or lack of proper maintenance are excluded from warranty coverage.

6. User Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for ensuring that their premises allow safe access for our technicians. Clients must not tamper with, move, or modify installed fire safety equipment without consulting FIRE FLUX™, as this may void warranties and compromise safety.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, specifically within the jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
